1) At what time are the check-in and the check-out?
The check-in time starts from 2pm and the check-out by 12.

2) Do the room have a balcony?
The hotel has both rooms with balcony and without balcony. Ask for a room with balcony when you book your room.

3) Is there a parking or a garage?
Yes, the hotel has a garage with fee. Outside the hotel and in the neighborhood there are free parkings.

4) Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. They are not allowed in the crowded areas (restaurant, breakfast room and swimming pool).

5) How far is the landing place for boats to Bellagio and Como?
Exactly in front of the hotel.

6) Do the rooms have TV and telephone?
Every room has TV and telephone.

7) Does the hotel have an internet point? And a wi-fi system?
In the hall 3 computers with Internet connection are freely available for our guests.
In the same area a free wi-fi connection is available.

8) Where are the nearest airports?
Milano Malpensa and Lugano

9) Do you have a shuttle service from/to the airport?
Yes, we can arrange for a transfer service if you ask for it when booking your room or a few days before your arrival.

10) Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant for its guests.

11) Do you have large rooms for families?
Yes, for families we have large penthouses without view on the lake or small apartments overlooking the swimming pool.
